I love this place! As a busy, full time working, mom of 3, I never thought I had the time I needed to work out until I walked into OFBBC last year. What times do you offer sessions?We are open Monday-Saturday and offer 45 sessions a week!. Our sessions are only 30 minutes, so we can accommodate even the busiest schedule. Our current schedule is:

How Often Can I Attend?The boot camps run Monday-Saturday, and since they are held in doors the weather is never an issue. We suggest that you attend four days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days a week.
Can I Participate If I have never Worked Out/Not Physically Fit?Absolutely! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels attend our sessions and achieve amazing results and all work at their own pace! You don’t need to be an athlete or have any experience whatsoever to join our program.You will never be asked to complete more than you are capable of safely performing, and we understand more than anyone that everyone has different levels of fitness. Whether you have 20 lbs or 100 lbs or more to lose or maybe even that last stubborn 5 lbs, you will soon discover that our boot camp is perfect for you, and can be tailored to every individual.
What Do I Need to Bring?Just bring a water bottle/small personal towel and a sense of adventure! We'll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you'll need. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don't want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!
Does this program include a nutrition plan too?Yes, as a VIP member we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We have different plans based on which program you are on.
What Can I Expect to Achieve?You can expect to drop both inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned in the shortest and safest time possible. Will I be able to participate if I have an injury?Most likely, but this is why we schedule “Welcome Sessions” with every new client before they can begin the program. During your complimentary "Welcome Session" you will come for a brief tour of our Studio, review House Rules, Fitness Evaluation, overview of a Bootcamp session and Staff will answer any and all final questions you may have.You will meet with a member of our experienced team to ascertain if our program is right for you, and discuss your current physical condition and injuries. We’ve had participants with every sort of injury you can imagine, from broken bones, to busted joints, bad backs and wobbly knees. The likelihood is that we will simply find alternatives to help work around whatever injuries you may have whether they are new or many years old.
Will I be Sore Sometimes?Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

What is a Typical Workout Like?In one word - FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time it’s difficult to describe a "typical day." You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training. It's always an adventure!
How Soon Will I see Reults?Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's common to see a camper drop 3-6 pounds, and 2-5% body MINIMUM in their first 30 days. We believe in being open an honest, however, we can’t guarantee any “Specific” results from our program. As results may vary based on the time, effort and commitment that you put into your fitness program.
Do you have ChildCare?We will not have supervised childcare, however, we will offer a complimentary kids zone in the back of our fitness studio for the younger ones to be entertained while parents get their work out on! There is a large TV on the wall that will have kids shows playing, bean bag chairs, puzzles, etc. This is an enclosed room with a very large tempered glass for parents to see in and kids to see out. For those older children, they may sit in the front of the Studio, and play on their tablets, phones etc., and utilize our complimentary Wi-Fi.
